Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Crush 2 cups of Oreo cookies and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat 4 packages of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Add 4 eggs, then fold in chopped Oreos.
- Bake for 1 hour, cool, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
