Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar for the crust. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat 4 packages of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Add 4 eggs one at a time, then pour over the crust.
- Bake for 1 hour, cool, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
