Lemon Bars

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup softened butter to form a crust. Press into a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 2 tbsp flour. Pour over the crust and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
