Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss 4 cups sliced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Pour the batter over the peaches and bake for 35-40 minutes.
