Strawberry Shortcake

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
  2. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly. Add 2/3 cup milk to form dough.
  3. Drop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Serve biscuits with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
