Chocolate Lava Cake

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Whisk 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt until thick. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and 1/4 cup flour.
  4. Pour into ramekins and bake for 12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
